Manager, Finance

Job Summary

Reporting to the Head, Admin & Finance, the Manager, Finance will be responsible for the reporting, budgeting and compliance functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes including review of budget utilisation and virement requests.
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare weekly cash flow forecast report for Head, Admin & Finance.
  • In-charge of the accuracy of items classified as inventory as per the financial policy.
  • Prepare for GST submission on a quarterly basis and GST reconciliation after financial year-end audit completion.
  • Involve in month-end and year-end accounts closing, by carrying out accounts reconciliation, preparing accruals and prepayment schedule, and preparing adjustment entries.
  • Monitor Accounts Payable staff to ensure that due dates of vendor invoices and payable subsidies are tracked and that proper payment planning is carried out for payments to be made by due dates stipulated.
  • Manage and guide a team of finance staff on daily operational matters as well as review work carried out by the team and ensure transaction accuracy, completeness and that processes are done correctly.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports for Management review.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly management reports for Council review.
  • Assist the Head, Admin & Finance in various day-to-day work, projects and assignments.
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors on all audit matters.
  • Play a pro-active role in promoting a strong compliance culture with financial policies and procedures, in line with the regulations stipulated by Institution of Public Character (IPC) and the governing body, Sport Singapore.
  • Any other duties as assigned.


  • Degree in Finance/Accounting discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong financial analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-task, balance priorities and work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and a good team player.

Assistant Producer, Marketing

Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing, the Assistant Producer will be part of the FAS content team to assist in all pre-production, production and post-production matters pertaining to scripted video shoots for digital content as well as live streaming of matches.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist producer in the production of materials for FAS digital content from scripted videos for web-based platforms to live production of matches
  • Co-ordinate all scheduling of shoots in terms of locations, manpower and equipment needs
  • Edit, write and shoot short segments for digital media
  • Work closely with FAS partners to deliver live production of matches
  • Monitor delivery of live content on match days


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialised in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent
  • Basic production skills, background in tv/video production is preferred
  • Familiar with Adobe CC (Premiere Pro, After effects, Photoshop) or similar software
  • Good work ethic, strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight timeline
  • Knowledge and passion for football
