Manager, Content & Production

Job Summary

Assist in marketing Football Association of Singapore (FAS) and Singapore Premier League (SPL) football brands to commercial partners, and planning and implementing strategic marketing and communications initiatives for FAS to meet business and football objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to develop and manage the Digital and Production capabilities for the FAS and SPL.
  • Manage and coordinate all broadcast and production requirements of the FAS, its league and properties.
  • Create, curate and manage engaging original content for broadcast on all platforms.
  • Develop relevant content topics to engage and interact with football fans in Singapore.
  • Develop a content strategy and calendar for all FAS’ social platforms.
  • Create and consistently implement brand guidelines and templates for all on-air and off-air assets for the FAS, its leagues and other properties.
  • Create compelling stories beyond the field of play to create heroes and build a new fanbase.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy and calendar for all FAS’ media platforms.
  • Lead in all aspects of sports presentation for the FAS, its league and its properties.
  • Create and oversee all social advertising campaigns of the FAS, its league and its properties.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Director, Commercial & Marketing and/or General Secretary.

 

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Media Production Marketing or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extremely structured and analytical in thought and behaviour, possessing a positive working attitude.
  • Highly adaptable, organised, and able to manage several assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate the efforts of a team of diverse and creative individuals.
  • A team leader with strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Football related experience and passion is an added advantage.

Manager, Marketing Operations

Job Summary

Assist in marketing Football Association of Singapore (FAS) and Singapore Premier League (SPL) football brands to commercial partners, and planning and implementing strategic marketing and communications initiatives for FAS to meet business and football objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic marketing plans for the organisation which addresses brand positioning, competitor analysis, goals, budget, target audiences as well as tactical approaches.
  • Devise and implement an innovative marketing strategy that will elevate the appeal of the FAS, its league and properties.
  • Formulate, implement and execute integrated marketing programs and tactics aligned to the association’s strategic objectives.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand goals and guidelines in advertising, promotional materials, literature and other elements to enhance the brand’s image.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of FAS and SPL sponsors’ events with internal and external parties.
  • Manage all campaign operations of the FAS with the overall objective of creating engaging experiences for fans, sponsors, players and media.
  • Create positive perception from the public and various stakeholders towards the FAS, its leagues and properties.
  • Create and execute outreach programmes for the FAS, its league (SPL) and other FAS properties to fulfil its Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Director, Commercial & Marketing and/or General Secretary.

 

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
