• Holder of AFC ‘C’ Certificate
• Minimum 2 years experience in coaching after obtaining AFC ‘C’ Certificate
• Fitness status
• Physically fit
• Medically fit
• Full Course attendance
• Participation behaviour
• Integrity
• Credibility
• Committed in coaching
• Coaching Capacity
• Grassroots, Youth & Others
• Literacy (Write & Read)

If you are interested and you meet the above requirements, please come personally to the FAS Technical Dept for registration with the following documents:-

• Proof of minimum coaching experience for 2 years
• NRIC
• 1 colour passport sized photo
