The Football Association of Singapore (FAS) is currently seeking qualified individuals to join our dedicated and capable team in the following position: 


EXECUTIVE (HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION)

Reporting to the Senior Executive, Human Resource & Administration, the successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR operational functions including the general office administration tasks. 

Human Resource Role and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and selection processes, including preparation of employment letters and conducting orientation for new hires
  • Review HR processes and update Standard Operating Procedures
  • Staff benefits administration such as insurance renewals and claims submission, leave records update and staff handbook review
  • Identify, review and implement staff training and development programmes to ensure effectiveness aligned to organisational objectives
  • Consolidate manpower planning and budgeting in relation to various departments
  • Participate in salary and benefits surveys and review market data for internal and external equity
  • Plan staff events and recreational activities against set budget
  • Handle staff employment pass, visa applications and renewals including tenancy agreements
  • Liaise with Government agencies such as MOM, MINDEF, WDA pertaining to employee matters as needed
  • Assist in the review of job descriptions at regular intervals and update in consultation with HODs
  • Staff engagement to understand motivational levels of employees, foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives

 

Administration Role and Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage budget for office supplies, appraise and review vendors including negotiating for better terms
  • Oversee the maintenance and planning of office areas and equipment, and housekeeping of office facilities
  • Oversee club affiliations, participate in VIP protocol matters and perform match duties
  • Upkeep and responsible for office equipment, air-con maintenance and contracts renewal and review
  • Arrangement of documents/letters for mailing and couriers

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree preferably major in Human Resource Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Possess strong interpersonal skills and a team player
