17 Jul 2012 (Theory Exam)

9.00am to 5:00pm (Thu, Fri, Sat & Sun)

7.00pm to 9.00pm (Tue)

Course Fee:

• Working Adults - $115.00 (Incl. 7% GST + 2 course t-shirts)
• Students - $72.00 (Incl. 7% GST + 2 course t-shirts)

Please produce your student pass (excluding students from Private/Commercial schools) to qualify for the Student rate.

Eligibility:

• All Candidates
• 16 - 34 years of age;
• Physically Fit;
• Minimum Secondary Level
• Applicants must be Singaporean or a Singapore PR

Only short listed candidate will be selected for this course. Selection process is subjected to an interview upon submission of your registration form and 2 copies of passport-sized photographs in person.

Registration will be on first come first serve basis and maximum of 40 participants will only be considered for this course.

Fitness Test:

After fulfilling the basic attendance (100%) criteria and passing the theory examination, you will be required to undergo a fitness test scheduled for a fortnight after the theory examination (Venue, time and physical fitness test requirement will be informed during the course)
