SINGAPORE, 25 JULY 2017: The Football Association of Singapore today announced that changes have been made to two Prime League fixtures and one National Football League (NFL) Division One fixture due to the unavailability of the respective venues. The new date for the Balestier Khalsa FC vs NFA U18 match will be announced in due course.

The Prime League match between Home United FC and Balestier Khalsa FC scheduled for 23 July 2017 will be postponed due to the unavailability of the venue. The new date for the match will be announced in due course.

SINGAPORE, 21 JULY 2017: Albirex Niigata FC (S) defeated Warriors FC 1-0 after extra time to win the 11th edition of The New Paper (TNP) League Cup tonight in front of a 2,384-strong crowd at Jalan Besar Stadium. This is the fourth time Albirex Niigata FC (S) has won the League Cup.

SINGAPORE, 20 JULY 2017: The Football Association of Singapore (FAS) will kick start the festivities for the inaugural Singapore Football Week with a curtain raiser match between the Ex-Singapore Internationals and a Celebrities and Fans team, followed by a screening of ‘Kallang Roar’ on Saturday 22 July at Jalan Besar Stadium. Held in celebration of the FAS’ 125th anniversary, admission for the events is complimentary.

SINGAPORE, 18 JULY 2017: The Football Association of Singapore today announced that the registration for the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Goalkeeping Level 2 Coaching Course is now open. The course will take place from 23-29 October 2017 at Jalan Besar Stadium, and is only for coaches who already hold a Goalkeeping Level 1 Coaching Certificate.

SINGAPORE, 16 JULY 2017: The Football Association of Singapore (FAS) today announced that the Singapore Schools Sports Council (SSSC)/ FAS National Inter-School ‘C’ Division Girls Football Championships 2017 will be contested by 11 schools, an increase from last year’s eight. Dunman Secondary and Meridian Secondary will be making their debut in the Championships this year.

SINGAPORE, 6 JULY 2017: The Singapore Under-15 National Team will be participating in the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) Under-15 Championship 2017 from 9-22 July 2017 in Chonburi, Thailand. The Under-15 National Team has been drawn in Group A for the tournament, alongside Australia, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar and Indonesia.

Following a rigorous recruitment process, AFC Elite coaching instructor and former National Team coach Vincent Subramaniam has been appointed as the Head Coach of the Garena Young Lions until the end of the 2017 Great Eastern-Hyundai S.League season. He will also serve as Assistant Coach of the Under-22 National Team for the upcoming 2017 Southeast Asian (SEA) Games in Kuala Lumpur.

Ticket sales will begin at noon on Wednesday 5 July.
