Referees Basic Course

Registration for the Referees Basic Course, which will be held from 20 to 22 March 2020 is closed. The next Referees Basic Course will be held in June. Please check back regularly for updates.

Details of Course:

20 – 22 March 2020 (2.5-day course)

(Only participants with 100% attendance will be allowed to sit for the theory exam)

Time :
20 March 2020: (7pm to 10pm)


21 & 22 March 2020: (7am to 5pm)

Course Fee:
  • Working Adults - $115.00 (Incl. 7% GST + Course Book, Course & Training T-shirt)
  • Full-time Students - $72.00 (Incl. 7% GST + Course Book, Course & Training T-shirt)

Please show student pass to qualify for student rate. Only applicable to full-time students

  • All Candidates (Male & Female)
  • Age: 16 to 35 (Applicants above the age of 35 may be considered on a case-to-case basis – medical clearance shall be required)
  • (For applicants below the age of 21 – Parental consent is required).
  • Minimum Secondary 2 Qualification or its equivalent.
  • Physically fit as fitness test will be conducted during the course.
  • Applicants must be Singaporean or a Singapore PR.
  • All Applicants must come down in person for an interview prior to application.


Eligibility to apply for the course will be decided after the interview. All applications must be accompanied with a passport-sized photograph and photocopy of applicant's NRIC.

Registration will be on first-come, first-serve basis to a maximum of 30 participants.

Fitness Test: All applicants are required to be fit as a fitness test will be conducted during the course period.
