FAS’ Reply to Media Query on Soccer Schools Following the National Football Syllabus
In 2011, FAS introduced the National Football Syllabus which focuses on quick passes, ball control and technique, among others, to our elite teams.
The Syllabus has been endorsed and commended by FIFA, leading Football Associations including Japan, and technical staff from top clubs like Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur, and was also shared with schools.
At present, there are two football academies affiliated with the FAS (English Football School Pte Ltd and Little League Pte Ltd). F-17 is affiliated with FAS as a club. We are currently looking into enhancing our affiliation requirements, and will announce more details in due course.
