Head of Talent Identification to conduct first Continuous Coach Education session of 2023

SINGAPORE, 21 FEBRUARY 2023 – The Football Association of Singapore (FAS)’s Coach Education & Development Department will be conducting their first-ever Continuous Coach Education (CCE) session this year.

 

Taking place on Wednesday, 15th March 2023, Mr Kenneth Santa, FAS’s new Head of Talent Identification, will be leading the session.

 

The session includes key insights based on Mr Santa’s experience from working in countries such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India, England, and Denmark in different roles and capacities, and how it can be implemented in the local football context.

 

Some of the topics that will be shared are as below:

 

  • How football organizations and clubs in countries such as Saudi Arabia, India, Qatar, England, and Denmark have implemented structured scouting processes, from grassroots to senior level.
  • Working with creating a common football language and understanding in a club/organization.
  • Ideas to set up a workable top 3 reporting system within any football club.

 

The 1.5-hour session will be held at the third level of the Seminar Room, which is located at the Annex Building next to Jalan Besar Swimming Complex.

Coaches who have registered will receive an email on the outcome of their registration by Wednesday, 8 March 2023.
