Home United To Pay Sevki Sha’ban Compensation
SINGAPORE, 1 OCTOBER 2014: The Football Association of Singapore’s (FAS) Player Status Committee (PSC) today announced that Home United Football Club (HUFC) will have to pay Mr Sevki Sha’ban for the early termination of his contract.
Having considered all the relevant facts and law applicable to this case, the PSC ruled that HUFC had terminated Mr Sevki’s contract without sporting just cause, and that the claimant is entitled to be compensated his full monthly salary as stated in his contract inclusive of CPF, from 15th July 2014 till the expiry of the contract on 31st December 2014.
