Lion City Sailors FC, Tampines Rovers FC charged after SPL fixture
SINGAPORE, 25 JULY 2022 – Following the alleged incidents that occurred in the technical area during and after the Singapore Premier League match between Lion City Sailors Football Club and Tampines Rovers Football Club on 24 July 2022, and after viewing the relevant footage and match reports, the Football Association of Singapore (FAS) has moved to charge the parties listed below to the corresponding misconduct offences:

The charges have been communicated through both clubs and the above-named parties have until Tuesday, 26 July 2022, 1800hrs to provide their written responses (if any) of the respective charges to the Disciplinary Committee (DC).
A DC meeting is due to be convened this Thursday, 28 July 2022, for all cases to be heard. As the matter is now before the DC, no further comments will be made till the completion of the judicial process.
