Lions gather ahead of Mongolia, Cambodia friendlies

SINGAPORE, 9 OCTOBER 2018 – The Singapore National Team got together for the first time on Monday evening ahead of the upcoming international break to prepare for their two International Friendlies as they build towards the AFF Suzuki Cup.

Fandi Ahmad’s Lions will play Mongolia on at home on 12 October at Bishan Stadium, before traveling to Phnom Penh to take on Cambodia on 16 October.
A total of 29 players were named in the squad for both games last week, with Huzaifah Aziz getting his first ever call up.
There were plenty of smiles as the players were put through their paces and they will continue to have daily sessions up until the eve of the Mongolia match, before departing on Sunday for Phnom Penh.
