SINGAPORE, 13 JULY 2017: The Football Association of Singapore today announced that Julie Teo, General Manager, Grassroots and Women’s Football has been invited to attend the FIFA-UEFA Women in Leadership Legacy programme from 15-16 July 2017 in Amsterdam.

The two-day event takes place before the opening of the UEFA Women’s EURO 2017 finals, and is a follow-up for the approximately 130 participants who attended and graduated from the previous editions of the FIFA Female Leadership Development Programme (FLDP) and UEFA Women in Leadership.

Julie, who graduated from the inaugural FLDP in 2016, said: “This event is a great opportunity for me to expand my knowledge and meet other like-minded individuals who are also working for the development of women’s football in their respective countries. FIFA’s aim is to build a legacy of the leadership programme and I am honoured to be able to contribute to this. Together with the other participants, we can continue to strengthen the women’s football network, exchange ideas and develop our leadership skills. I look forward to sharing all that I have learnt, and working together with all our partners and stakeholders to increase the involvement of women in football not only as players but also as leaders.”
