The New Paper League Cup 2016 Fixtures Confirmed
SINGAPORE, 5 JULY 2016: The New Paper (TNP) League Cup 2016 fixtures have been confirmed. The tournament will begin on Wednesday 13 July 2016 with two Group A matches: Brunei DPMM FC vs Warriors FC at Jalan Besar Stadium, and Tampines Rovers FC vs Hougang United FC at Jurong West Stadium. Both matches will kick off at 7.30pm.
The eight teams participating in the competition are divided into two groups. The top two of each group will meet in the semi-finals to be played on Tuesday 26 July, while the bottom two teams of the groups will play against each other in the Plate semi-finals on Monday 25 July. The final matchday will be on 30 July, with the Plate Final serving as a curtain-raiser to the Final of the TNP League Cup 2016 at Jalan Besar Stadium.
